Playground mishap

Today, Owen and I went to a local playground with my moms' group. This particular playground has a big slide shaped like a sea serpent. Owen did okay sliding down the first half, but gravity was not his friend going down the second half. I was climbing down the hill, so I wasn't able to stop him. He started to turn while going down the slide, then hit the ground face first and flipped over. The sight of it nearly gave me a heart attack; when he flipped over, it looked like he snapped his neck. He got up right away and cried, and someone picked him up while I jumped off the rocks to comfort him. He was back to his old self within seconds, and seems to be doing okay.
